"Update. After this post the store manager has made contact with me and I'm being assured that my watch is in good repair hands and my issues are being dealt with. As soon as I get my watch back from repair I'll update my posts and star. But for now RAVI is on top . Thank you I have spent several thousands of dollars with the store in Midland TX since 2022. I bought a citizen watch its needing repair. I dropped my watch off last week for them to "babysit" to determine the repairs needed. I hadn't heard anything back so I called ROSE tells me it's skipping time and needs to go to CITIZEN directly. I ask where that is. OH I DUNNO I JUST CLICK THE LINK, DONT REALLY NOTICE. I ASK HOW LONG OH MAYBE 2 TO 3 MONTHS IF YOUR LUCKY. I ask for a copy of the repair ticket, she didn't want to give me one. I insisted. I have a really uneasy feeling. I have not been treated like that in a long time. I will be trying to reach out to the manager"
