"Fantastic alternative to other big box pet stores. Offers a variety of regular and premium food brands for cats. A small, but solid collection of treats. Toys are okay, as is towers and other accessories. Litter has a wide selection, as well. A very generous rewards program, definitely helps save money on a multi cat household. Frequent sales on various wet and dry foods, too. The staff have always been helpful and keen to help customers save some money."

"I took my dog in for a 9 am haircut at this establishment. It was her 2nd visit. I had $25 coupon. I was offered the Senior package. I inquired about the price and was told it would be $70 the same as a full grooming. I was not told that the $70 was after the coupon. I was also told she would be ready around 11. It was 1:30 before she was ready. I will not be returning."
