"Am surprise that a company vote as Best in El Paso, is lacking in professionalism & responsiveness. Called them to look at my pool for possible repairs. Marilyn Rangel came out & took some pictures & said that she would get back to me. I did not hear from her so I called her. She answered & said she was on her way to the office & would talk to her supervisor about the project. Again no response. I then sent her an email to follow up on 6/28, again no response. Bomanite could at least let me know if they cannot do the project."

"Excellent quality and workmanship of all crews involved in all aspects of the remodeling job. Crews showed when they were scheduled and always made sure to clean up when they completed each stage. Each crew was full of information as to why they were doing each step and Chris was also very helpful as far as tips for future maintenance of the new equipment being installed. Final product turned out beautiful and we are very pleased with the finished remodeling job."

"Horrible experience!! Word of advice from customer of Aaron and his shady Bomanite company...STAY AWAY!! After some research on other companies, I reluctantly chose Bomanite because they had done some work with the zoo. Big mistake! Aaron will not respond to you and will not keep promises on timing of scheduled appointments and deadlines. Finished project still has many bad concrete texture issues, equipment issues and other details that had been addressed for a few months. I regret going with this company and just warn others to please read other reviews that have similar complaints. GO USE ANOTHER COMPANY and save your sanity because Aaron and his crew only care about the $$$. Once you have signed with them they have you at their mercy."

"This company is terrible, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would! After putting a very large deposit down, they continually lie about showing up and never have! They don't answer phone calls, and when they do, they never have concrete dates for the start of the pool service. They seriously lack professionalism and clear communication! Save yourself the trouble of having to contact your credit card company to cancel payment due to never receiving services, which is what we had to do, and take your business elsewhere!"

"I requested a quote from this company for an outdoor kitchen based on their website and "reviews" assuming they would be professional and do quality work. I met with Aaron and discussed what we had in mind. I knew they wouldn't be inexpensive but I was willing to pay more for good/quality service. Aaron promised to provide me with a quote within 4 days. When I did not receive a quote I called and left a message but received no call back from Aaron. I called several other times inquiring about the estimate and "Cookie" the receptionist, who was always very kind, would tell me she would relay the message. Finally, I asked Cookie to please ask Aaron if he was going provide an estimate so I wouldn't continue waiting in vain. She kindly returned my call after speaking with him and told me that he had told her that "he would not be giving me an estimate". Hmmmm. I think that was inconsiderate, rude and completely unprofessional on Aaron's part especially since I had told him the project was time sensitive. Granted, the job probably wouldn't have been a "big" one but I calculate it would have been at least $7-10K. A returned call , quick email, text or any effort to show good work ethic even if it was to tell me he wouldn't be quoting would have been appreciated. I guess "small" projects like mine are a waste of time for this company. Don't waste your time or energy on them unless you have a bigger job for them. Apparently your "small" business won't be appreciated."
