"Don’t do business with this company. They show up when they want and expect you to be home. They do not explain anything to you on the process, how the pool works or anything in general. The owner (Joe) does not answer emails, calls and ghost you. If something is wrong with the pool they will point the finger and not take responsibility. Just don’t do business with this company, I can go on and on but don’t say I didn’t warn you."

"We had Paradise Pools install a pool for us and some things are not working properly. We have tried to get them to come back to fix the problems but they tell us that these problems are normal. We have 8 inches of water draining out of the spa every night and this is normal?? We have air bubbles coming out of the the return jets and this is normal?? We have called, text and sent pictures of this to the owner Joe and no response?? We live in El Paso and we used Paradise Pools to install our pool. All we want is our pool to function properly."

"Absolutely horrible experience! If you want a half finished job then this the company for you! They leave the site and do not come to finish the job and then lie over and over again on when they will be back. No amount of “savings” is worth the lies and run around this company will give you. They are untrustworthy and unreliable - it’s a joke to consider them a professional company!"

"I would not recommend Paradise pools. Lies after lies. I was left with a unfinished pool. After waiting 3 months for the cover to come in. It was installed incorrectly. It falls off the rails and sinks every other week. The plumbing is done incorrect and most of the work is not done to code! Don’t let Cisco fool you. He is a nice guy but full of broken promises. Run!!!!"
