"Rented a deluxe pontoon boat Aug 2023. Eveything went off without a hitch. They were very organized and we felt properly prepared for our 4 hour excursion on the Illinois River. Everyone at the marina is super nice and a great atmosphere with a little store in case you forget suncreen, snacks etc. They provide you with great maps and river depth gps and provide great info on where you should and shouldn’t go on the river. We were even alloed to bring our pup (under 100lbs)! Lots of fun :)"
"We stayed for 5 nights. The area is quiet and the staff was very helpful. The house we stayed in was dirty, needed numerous places to be touched up with paint, every door squeaked, the comforter was filthy plus numerous other things. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance was lacking for the home we stayed in. We may give Heritage Harbor another try but certainly would reserve a different house."
"My family and I enjoyed our experience with Heritage Harbor Marina! We rented a pontoon and jet ski. The jet ski was surprisingly fast for a rental which was a nice surprise! Very professional staff that is more than willing to answer any of your questions."
