"Very frustrated to say the least! My daughter and I went to go turn in very rusted necklaces(haven't even had for very long)for new ones! They exchanged one but not the other because it said mom on it. They told me I had to wait until next year since mother's day just passed lol! RIDICULOUS! It would have been nice just to pick another one that was same price value but noooooo it had to be the mom one! We spend alot of money in that store and the jewelry is not cheap price wise! It's also dissapointing to know they pay the employees nothing and yet the jewelry is so expensive!! The manager also proceeded to give us instructions on how to take care of our necklaces bc they aren't meant to be worn everyday......say what?! Why would you even buy a necklace you can't even wear half the time bc it rusts so fast? So annoyed! Will not be shopping in there again!"
