"I’ve used this company for a few months and it seems like after a while with them they want to cut the service and speed through my yard. They can justify a person picking up the poop in my backyard in 6 minutes or less. When I called they yelled at me. One time they said my yard was done but my ring system never went off. When they came back 2 days later the scooper picked up quite a bit of poop. I have 2 small dogs. When confronted they just cancelled my service. This is really poor and proves money is the number 1 motivator for this company!"
"This was my 3rd company and I am so glad we found them! The staff is amazing. They play fetch with my dog who is convinced they all come just to see her. I tell them they can ignore her and try to bring her in so they can work and then all insist they love it and continue to toss her ball. They do an amazing job and have great prices. The prices did go up a bit but still very reasonable. They are always on time and they send a message when they are on the way so you can track where they are and when you need to be home in case your gate is locked. We are thrilled with them in every aspect and will definitely not be changing."
