"I removed my daughter from another place. She was there over 2 yrs. She started going here and I see huge improvement in her skills. John has been working with my daughter, cleaning up her forms and sparring. I appreciate the little things he points out. This helps her out tremendously in Taekwondo. She truly loves her sport and art of Taekwodo. Coach John is amazing with the kids. If you want true tradition of Taekwondo. You will learn to have respect for yourself and the people around you. You bow in and bow out of class, showing respect to the teacher and classmates. I highly recommend you check them out. Also, the BIG thing I've noticed is that it feels like family. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. My kid is officially a 1st degree black belt as of November 2022."

Not only are they an amazing yoga studio with very fluent instructors, but they have an exciting and very knowledgeable taekwondo school to engage in as well! All of the instructors are absolutely fabulous! Everyone there, whether taking the class or teaching it, is extremely welcoming. Couldn't ask for a better group of people and instructors!!"
"This is my absolute favorite place to go for yoga and working out. My child LOVES attending the taekwondo classes that are also provided. The owner is great at getting back to you in a timely manor and is incredibly knowledgeable in the classes he teaches. The yoga instructors are phenomenal as well. 10/10 recommend."
