"I went with someone to Advocate at 7900 Milwaukee Nile’s il. There were eight people sitting up front and admitting patients. We were yelled at because the insurance card did not have doctors name on it, it had the old one. Instead of talking nicely to us, the assistant started yelling at us !!!! This is no way to treat your patients !!!! You have eight people sitting at the front and being so mean to people !!!! You should hire just one capable and professional person to take care of sick people not to start yelling and screaming !!"

REAL Functional medicine does all kinds of odd labs , when I questioned this I was rudely told , to do all of that you would pay big bucks. Waited 4 months for 1st appt.& all I got was a huge list of vitamins to take. Your time is valuable, don't waste it !!!"

"So glad I do not have to go back to this place. The older receptionist is rude. Doctor has an attitude and rushed through every visit I had with him. Did not feel comfortable speaking to him. He really didn’t help with my situation at all. I do not recommend this place at all."
