"The patient rooms are very dirty, Not sure if they keep track of the rooms that need to be cleaned. Dr. McGrath appeared nice and thorough but after being a patient there for 3 years, she became very rude and short! I would also recommend that the office contact their patients when they are due for their checkup! Most offices do that nowadays."

"Been here 2 times for 2 regular check-ups. Was there 3 months ago, gave my insurance paid my co-pay and went on with my life. 3 months later I get a bill for $181, so I call and ask them why did I receive this as I know my insurance is current as I pay it out of my check each week. The lady was very rude and told me she processed the claim and it got denied, then said call your insurance company. So I did, my insurance company said they never received or denied a claim, they said I am current and there was no reason to deny it, the insurance called the doctors office and the lady was very rude to her as well also stating that the lady from the doctors office called me "dumb" for whatever reason. Then hung up on the insurance rep, so now I have to somehow get documents from this doctors office to file the claim myself because she doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't want to cooperate on her error. Ridiculous, she is calling patients names, making mistakes and is very rude attitude wise. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies. This is a joke! Not to mention when the claim was supposedly denied, why wasnt I contacted at all? How come I get a bill for the full amount 3 months later? I pay my health insurance and go for 1 routine checkup a yr. And look what I have to deal with. Crazy!"
