"I'd been a Liberty Mutual customer for the 27 years we lived in our home . We kept auto and personal property after our move. Payment was automatic withdrawal. Our representative changed and we noticed that our auto insurance went from $175 to $340!! I called my rep "oh I was just about to call you, so sorry and we will refunds the over billing and your rate will be as before. It remained at $340 - he refused our phone calls and corporate provided zero help. One star is too much"

"This is about SafeCo been a customer for 6 years home/car and never a claim. I bought a house 15 miles from my current and asked for a homeowner insurance quote. I was told they wouldn't quote it by my agents. They also won't tell the agent why. Car insurance I can keep but no home owner. I just signed with Allstate for car and house. I got quotes from USAA and AAA without issue also. I thought I had a good company with SafeCo but I guess not."
