"These guys are just awesome. I should have reviewed them a year ago, sorry. Anyhow, I ordered a bike from Giant off their website in September of 2021 and had to pick it up at an authorized giant dealer. Since I work nearby, Glenview Cycle was the obvious choice. This was after I had already ordered and paid for this same bike at another shop I had previously bought bikes from. The other shop seemed to drop the ball and told me I wouldn't be seeing the bike until February of 2022. I knew bikes were in short supply but they seemed to be developing a poor attitude and I decided to cancel and get my money back. Glenview Cycle blew me away. Their attitude was 180 degrees from the other shop. I felt appreciated and they were just amazing. I got notification from UPS that the bike was delivered to them at about 11 A.M. on a Friday. I assumed it would be ready sometime the following week. Well about 10 minutes later I got a call from Alan that my bike had arrived and they would be assembling it. That was a classy move, I was impressed. But it got better, he called back probably about 2 hours later and told me it was ready for me. When I got there after work, I was amazed at how cool they were at the shop. They really seemed like they appreciated my business and made me feel like I was their #1 customer even though they had never even heard of me before. I'm in the process of convincing the wife I need another bike and if I win, I am getting it from Alan."

"A store with an owner and employees who know their stuff! They are hardworking, dedicated and seem to love what they do, and won't sell you anything you don't really need or want. More than just a place to buy or fix a bike, they help you get the most out of owning a bike without spending too much on it. To work at a place like this, you have to know and love biking and these people certainly do."
