"Ordered a collectors item from them, it came in a bouble wrap envelope and was shipped first class USPS. They overcharged for shipping and the product was damaged and partially open on delivery. At the very least, I highly recommend not ordering items online from these people. I would have been fine with this if they would have accepted that they made a mistake and given a full refund, also they didn't have an option to exchange it for the same item that was not damaged. It definitely doesn't seem like customer service is a priority for them. I will NEVER order from this store again."
"Ordered a holiday gift from them via Amazon. Shipping info was never updated and nothing ever arrived, so I contacted them; they never shipped the item, said it was found "laying around the warehouse" and they were re-shipping - but after 2 days still no shipping update. So I requested a refund, and it's been another 3 days and nothing! Total of 15 days waiting. VERY poor communication, unprofessional customer service. Don't waste your time with them. If I could give less than 1 star, I would."
