I showed up literally the next day to find out that the receptionist on the phone didn’t put my appointment into the computer system for the date and time discussed. So, I basically showed up to discover that I don’t really have an appointment and can’t see a doctor. I burned an entire day of vacation for this appointment and had to ask my supervisor to expedite approval of my vacation request to get to the appointment. Most unprofessional office shenanigans I’ve seen from a doctor’s office. Stay away, if this medical group can’t even schedule an appointment reliably then you can’t trust them with your health."
