"NP Ebelle has truly been a blessing to me with regard to my mental health issues. She's the utmost professional, caring, and a good listener. The staff is also caring and so easy and great to work with. I'm so glad I found your office."

"The office was supposed to call me when my new provider got her august schedule because my work schedule is given to me only two weeks in advance. They never did. When I called on my day off the new provider they gave me had a filled schedule. I recommended a three month med refill like I have already been receiving but they told me there was nothing they could do. I don’t recommend taking people off their SSRI cold turkey. Won’t be back. Edit: Since I can’t respond to the owner, I will edit my original post. We obviously have different prospective on this situation. Like I stated above, I attempted to make an appointment and was told I couldn’t because the new provider did not have their schedule yet. When I tried again they were booked and I was running low or out of medicine. I have shared my personal experience. However, it is a fine line for others to detail my care. If I were you, I would respond to reviews in a pleasant manner telling the person they could discuss the matter further in private."

"I wouldn't dare to leave a bad review. I'll remain neutral, but going back to all of the complaints about the same thing over and over were addressed by the "OWNER" who is this exactly and how does anyone reach this person with questions or suggestions? There's no after hours or on call doctor. They are now closed Fri Sat and Sunday. There is obviously ONE person to cover all phone calls, messages, script refills, etc..you can tell that she's doing all that she can!! Sometimes it's weeks before you can actually get your Perscriptions. Do you, Mr OWNER,think this is a good way to conduct business with mentally ill patients???? We have to go cold turkey off medication until they get a chance to get to you, then you get to start the meds all over again after you've been to the hospital and get to go thru withdrawals MR OWNER????"

"I've been going here for my ADHD treatment for about a year now-- my experience has overall been very positive. Minor mishaps/inconveniences happen every once in a while, but that's going to happen anywhere. I wanted to specifically mention that the last time I was weighed, I was not automatically told my weight, and when I asked what my weight was, I was shown the written number instead of it being said out loud where others can hear. I don't know how long this has been their practice, but I LOVE IT. At this point in my life, I would have been fine with my weight being told to me out loud, but as someone who has struggled severely with body image and disordered eating in the past, I wish every single healthcare office took this approach. It seems like a small thing, but it can make a significant difference for struggling patients. It indicates to me that this office actually prioritizes updated, evidence-based practices, and truly cares about patient's wellbeing."

"This is the first place that has ever treated me like a person rather than a nutcase. I've only been with them for a week & I am already reaping the benefits. They deal with the individual as a person, with caring, instead of a statistic. Highly recommend this facility!!"
