"I brought in my ebike to get fixed. They not only fixed but cleaned my tires and did a couple of other things, no charge. I forgot my charger and they were nice enough to ship it to me!"

"This place is a crazy rip off for service on bikes , and when i called them out for it by asking why a 30 dollar de railer was gonna cost me 200 to 250 dollars to repair ,when the part is 15 bucks??? They said we'll come pick it up and do it your self ! Man's name was Charles. So I did pick it up , but went down the street to Avant cycles in the woodstock square and was quoted 40 dollars INSTALLED ON THE BIKE ...WITH THE PART ! Tell me hown2 shops can be so far off also told me I needed a new hanger wicth was a lie ,other shop showed me it was 100% ok and did not need replacement!!! Shop around everything in this store is way over priced at that ! There just looking to take advantage of people pockets ... NEVER AGAIN !!! What a wasit of my day !!!"

"I took my bike to 3 other places before coming here, and I wish I would’ve came here first! I was told my valve stem needed to be 60mm but the first place I went to didn’t have the part, nor did they care enough to figure out a solution. I took my bike here, and the manager instantly knew what he needed to do. I was in and out within 15 minutes. He provided phenomenal customer service and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to everything bike-related. He answered any questions I had and took the time to explain what he was doing. Definitely recommend Becky’s Bikes!"

"I wanted to share my experience of searching for a Ebike. I knew what I wanted cause I already had a ebike but I needed a cruiser for my wife. I called 4 bike shops in Chicagoland and most people never even took their time to listen to what I exactly was looking for all they wanted me to come down and test drive. When I called Becky’s ebike spoke to Christian, he took his time explaining different type of bikes and with his extreme knowledge and passion for bikes in a matter of 3 minutes on a phone I had my wife’s bike picked that she now loves.
