"I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism with the staff who handles appointments. They called me on the day of my appointment thirty minutes before the appointment to let me know that the location of my exam had changed. When I arrived at the new location there was a lady in front of me waiting in line and she told me that she didn't even get the phone call. She was waiting at the old location and after waiting for a long time she decided to call them. That was the time that she realized that she was at the wrong location. Probably when she got the call at her home number she had already left her house. Definitely that's not how people treat their patients. Inside the waiting room there were no more chairs to seat so the receptionist asked me and the other lady to seat outside. It seems that even with a time scheduled for us, we will have to wait for a long time until we could be seen by the person who is performing the exam. I don't recommend this service to anyone I know. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
