"Trying to reach this office is impossible. The pharmacy is trying to reach them for over a month to get refills for my brother in law's medicine. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. The doctor is great, it's the office that does not reply."

"I have been a patient since 2015 with good results but for the past 6 months they can't even seem to get the paperwork done so I get my meds, prior authorizations and such. To complicate things even further I can't even seem to reach anyone in the office to discuss these issues, nor can my pharmacy or insurance company. So now I sit here in unnecessary excruciating pain waiting for it to get worse each day. What a shame. I had such a good experience with Dr. Sawar until recently."

"Dr. Sawar is very thorough and explains everything before, after and during. He has helped me stay pain free for the majority of the time, when other doctors have not been able to. He even took me as a patient when I was laid off without insurance becasue he was concerned about my health and not the profits. Great doctor and outstanding man!"

"Horrible, has too many patients and can't keep employees (2offices=1 Dr,2traveling employees!). Keeps adding meds because he doesn't review your file (went 3yrs no appt but blamed me for not making an appt). I'd been his patient 6+yrs and picked my paper prescriptions up in his office EVERY month and went as requested for blood work. His office is only open on Thursday's now and after going for so many yrs you learn to call or the door would possibly be locked, or he hadn't had time to sign the script. Nobody answered the previous wk so I was already a 1½wks past due (happened often). I spoke up about his office needing help (as his 2 commited employees had complained to me also) and on my last trip he stopped my meds cold turkey, refused to wean me off or refer me to different Dr, said he was to busy to deal with me. As I waited for my file to be copied I chatted with his employee about her son and the Dr would change his mind and say he would see me, I'd go to the room, he'd demand an apology, then refuse again so I'd go back to the front desk. This went on for an hr (My Mom was with me and she walked out she was so livid, I just wanted to get referral and help avoiding whatever would come after 6yrs of taking same meds). I apologized to the 1 lady in the waiting room for both the Dr and my verbiage. So the meds he prescribed for Lupus, Arthritis, Rls and much more, since 2016, I now get to not only live without treatment (no referral) but suffer the "consequences" of having them unethically stopped. I'll probably have worse to say after the symptoms start so I wrote this review first."

"Dr. Sawar is truly invested in his patients; he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, very professional, & while having a pleasant, caring demeanor with a dash of humor! Excellent experience, grateful for finding him & finally getting some answers!"
