About the Business
In Sync Mind Body Therapy Center is a wellness institution located at 2031 South Illinois Avenue in Carbondale, Illinois. Our facility offers a range of services including gym facilities, health programs, educational classes, and spa treatments. With six massage rooms available, we can accommodate groups with advance notice and therapist availability.
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations of services and 48 hours notice for group bookings. Therapists charge the full price for no shows and 50% for late cancellations. Our location is on the east side of S. Illinois Ave, close to the Pleasant Hill intersection. Look for our cream colored building with orange trim, shared with Arnie's Sandwiches.
For convenience, there are two entrances to our parking lot from the center turning lane on Rt. 51, with additional parking available in the back. We accept checks and cash as preferred forms of payment, with a convenience fee added for credit and debit card purchases. "Some of the best massage work I've ever received!! Love that they're set up for the ashiatsu -- that's the style where the therapist walks on your back. It's amazing! Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. There's even yoga and a totally organic salon. Definitely one of the good things going on in Carbondale."
