"Dr. Jacob is truly amazing! We first met Dr. Jacob when he was a student at Palmer. He was an awesome intern, and I was sad when he graduated. I was so excited to find out he opened a practice right here in the Quad Cities!!! He uses a brain based technique that is revolutionary!!! I am a teacher who specializes in reading and his practice coincides with our brain based research! We have excellent conversations about the research! He is very down to earth, intelligent, and kind. He has the most fantastic rapport with children!!! In 2 months, I have noticed a HUGE difference in my daughter's behavior and motor coordination. His brain based exercises have been a monumental part of development of right/left brain interaction. These are so vital for child development, and SO easy to do at home! My daughter is always happy to go see Dr. Jake! He is a natural healer, who takes the time to help guide and heal his patients. He also specializes in my favorite technique, SOT. My body responds best to this type of chiropractic and I haven't felt this good in a long time. Also, he consults with other chiropractors in his office to help his patients in area's he doesn't specialize in!! That is very humble in my opinion. It's all about your health with Dr. Jacob. "5 STARS!!!!! A++++++ Dr. Jake is so incredible with my kids! He has such a warm and welcoming attitude and my son enjoys going to the office! I taking my 3 yr old to see Dr. Jake because he was delayed in his speech and seemed more angry and tempered than other 3 year olds. He also did not tolerate his hair cut with a buzzer, the vibration made him scream like he was being tortured and other sensory issues with touch we were noticing weren't "normal". Dr. Jake explained to me how the left and right sides of the brain work and helped me realize that my son was behind in his brain development. Through at home exercises and seeing Dr. Jake, my son's speech continues to improve and he is starting to be less tempered and accept and utilize different coping mechanisms. Yesterday he got his haircut and he not only tolerated but maybe even enjoyed it! What a difference it has made in our family dynamic and daily lives to have my son be less sensitive to touch and being able to communicate with him more so we can work on his development as a team!
