"If I could post 0 stars I would. After my experience today, first thing Monday morning I will be coming to cancel all my accounts and pull out all my money! I have been banking here a year or more. I have had nothing but issues! Not just once.. its been almost everytime. Today was the 8th and finally time you put my paycheck in someone else's account! This bank is a joke! Would never recommend this bank to anyone ever! I would be more understanding if this was the first bad experience I've had here but I literally dread having to come here! Every single time everything is messed up! Luckily I check all my receipts everytime! My mom has already decided to close and pull out all her money from this bank for the same reasons. My advice NEVER bank here!"
"The absolute worst. I’ve been with them for 10 years and still have not received my new debit card (mine expired in January) called several times and no one seems to care or have any urgency. I have bills past due now because of said expired card. Changing banks tomorrow. It’s well overdue to be done anyways."
