"They do not answer their phone, and today, my mother saw our mail lady SHOVE this package, which by the way IS PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION, into the mailbox so hard that she could not get it out. Do better, Sikeston Post Office. Do better."
"Getting tired of my packages NOT being delivered says attempted delivery but no sorry no one even tryed to deliver my stuff I needed what was in there but unfortunately it was Saturday after closing hours so I could not even go and get it either we need better mail carriers or better people in the office that puts stuff on the right route because this is the 2nd time this happened in under a month"
"I came home from work to find our mailbox open and our mail was blown into our neighbors yards! Our postal worker is getting bad about not closing our mailbox. I understand they are busy but it doesn't take a second to make sure the box is closed."
"Anytime I deal with the post office, whether it be the post woman/man or the staff in the building, I haven't had any issues... They are always polite and respectful... Granted I'm usually in there for small things, like to pick up a package or buy some stamps, so I can't speak for others... But for me personally they have always had good customer service..."
"This post office does not have good customer service. They let their carriers say things that aren’t true regarding the people they deliver too. I live out in the country and our carrier has delivered to our house several times without an issue and is now complaining that my dog is viscous?! Ups, the pizza guy, and friends who stop by our house have NO problem with our dog. The carrier drives a vehicle to deliver our mail and our mailbox is across the street from our house. The carrier that delivers on Saturday has NO issue with our dog. I agreed to have our dog locked up just so she can deliver our mail and she still finds some excuse on why she can’t or delivers my mail in the mailbox and scans our packages that are to be delivered to our door as “delayed delivery” or “dog interference “. This is not a post office that I would recommend at all."
