"I called FedEx to report that I hadn't received my package, but received a package for another address. They told me the other address probably had my package and they would send the driver that afternoon to pick up the packages and deliver them properly. The next morning the wrong package was still at my door. I found a phone number for the recipient on the label and contacted him and we exchanged the packages ourselves. I never heard back from FedEx."

"What a joke!! First package was sent overnight delivery, arrived exactly a week later! Second package didn’t arrive on scheduled date, then the next day said “out for delivery” didn’t arrive and now says it’ll be delivered tomorrow. Ridiculous they call themselves a logistics company. I’ll be using UPS & USPS exclusively from now on."

"IVe been waiting on 2 packages with 2 different tracking numbers for 6 days. I've been getting messages saying they were going to be delivered for 6 days. I've even offered to come pick them up. NOW, since I've complained for 3 days they are trying g to say they HAVE LOST BOTH PACKAGES. WHICH BOTH PACKAGES ARE IRREPLACEABLE."

"The most horrible customer service, the worst company you can ever use to deliver your packages. UPS, USPS -- never a problem ... FEDEX (ANYTHING HEAVY) they lie all the time about delivery attempts and customer not found every time. They just write it and don't bother attempting delivery. Ridiculous and everybody used them because they are CHEAPER!"

"Waited all day for a matress in a box. FedEx in Sikeston MO said I wasn't home. That is not true, they didn't try to deliver it. I figure it was heavy and they didn't feel like messing with it. I hope they actually deliver tomorrow, pretty sorry you can't find people that are willing to work hard and do their job. Update following day- I happened to look at the FedEx tracking and it said 4:13 unable to deliver customer unavailable. I looked out the window and seen the truck going across the the highway. I ran out the door crossed the highway and waited for them to return since there was only one way out. I stood in front of the truck and made him stop. I told him I was home and he should have a delivery for me. He said I was his next stop. I told him what tracking said and he said I don't understand that because it didn't require a signature so it wouldn't matter if I was home or not. If I hadn't caught him I am sure he would have not delivered it. Sorry people not willing to do their job."
