"I'm trying to reach a human being by phone and cannot do that, I keep getting the runaround on your stupid phone system it would be nice if I human being would answer that is what my tax dollars are going for after all. I received the text that said it heats me to complete an address on a package and I went to do that thinking it might be a scam thing I'd like to talk to somebody about it but no can't reach anybody on the phone."

"I came to pick up a package that said couldn't be delivered. The blonde girl was snarky and rude sitting on her phone. She was sarcastic about "well how would you have an email from us we don't even have your email address" it was informed delivery so they in fact did email me. Very unprofessional."

"I've been going here for over 30 years and have had very few problems. Quick and friendly service by a knowledgeable staff. The lobby and parking lot are a bit worn, but it's clean and easy to park."

"This is just another time my package was "delivered to the mailbox", but it wasn't there. I tried to resolve it on their website, but even the website won't work correctly. My guess is, my package was probably sent to another mailbox, like the last time. I've been doing my best to be nice to the deliverers on this route, but I'm beginning to lose my patience."

"I visited the Rock Island post office and vowed never to go back. The Milan location is such a better experience. I just sent a package that they boxed up and taped for me and it took less than five minutes. Maggie is a wonderful employee and does the work of ten people!"
