"I rarely give bad reviews, but if reviews can help a company management see they have an issue then I don't shy away. I ordered a deep freezer from Sam's and the estimated date of arrival was July 28th. I reviewed the tracking on Sam's website and it stated the deep freezer was picked up on the 28th and taken to the hub where it has been sitting. Now, I understand that freight delivery is always an estimate and I've ordered enough freight to expect that I'll need to schedule the actual exchange... BUT, typically the local freight delivery service reaches out to me within 48 hours of taking possession of the freight. This is not the case with Forward Air Inc. Two full business days past the local acquisition and I decided to call them. I was able to schedule a Monday drop off, which I am happy with, but; Forward Air you should know... It's an expected service that you reach out to your customers in a prompt fashion. Had I not reached out to you, how long would it have been before you reached out to me? I know it wouldn't have been today as I called right before closing. A positive note though, the agent on the phone was pleasant and polite. Hopefully this review helps, but maybe it wont."

"I bought a tv from Sams in Davenport. Received an email on the 21st saying the tv arrived at forward air in the quad cities/Milan. They called me on the 29th to schedule a delivery? This is a bad company with bad morals. Needs new management or I’ll be happy to see them go under."
