"Kelly Giraudo is a joke. I don’t recommend hiring her. She’s never available to take a call when you call. You ALWAYS have to schedule a phone conference. I paid her $10,000 and she quit 6 days before trial was to start because of an argument we had because she doesn’t pay attention to dates and details of cases. If you want someone who cares about you and your case and makes you feel secure and that you’ve made the right decision, because after all it’s only our children at stake here, don’t hire Kelly. All her emails come with all these “awards” pasted at the bottom of it. It is really tacky and seems like she has some insecurities of her own abilities as an attorney so she wants to let you know she’s good because she’s received awards. I had a problem with her at the very beginning but unfortunately chose to still hire her. She’ll charge you for every single minute she or her office is on the phone or emailing or drafting up orders. They don’t miss a beat. They are good at keep tracking of that. So she’ll bail on you at any moment during your case it doesn’t matter to her. She thinks she knows everything and that she’s better than everyone and she doesn’t like anyone else to challenge her. Don’t have much experience with attorneys but I can tell you she doesn’t care about you, your kids, or your case. It’s just a job to her."
