"I do not recommend this company to anyone. It took nearly a year to complete our purchase and construction loan, and our loan officer was poor at communicating, and he led us on for months stating that we were near completion of our loan. In hindsight, he didn’t know how to complete our loan, and the company had to bring in a team of specialists to assist him. Rather than being up front with me, he led me on for months. We only stayed because the company was willing to eat a good amount of the closing costs to make up for it."
