"Had a po box payment come due and instead of a call, email or message in my online portal they sent a paper to my residential mailbox which I do not check often (hence the po box) so my payment lapsed by 5 days and they sent everything in my box back including all of my income for the month. I asked for a hold to be put on my mail so the payments could be resent, told it would be done, it WAS NOT DONE. So my income got sent back a 2nd time! Then after driving 5 hours to pick up my checks in person I came in to pay my box and they still charged me double for "handling fees" after completely MISHANDLING my mail!? Not to mention after I'd come in to get my "held mail" & being told they'd messed up and actually NOT held it at all, I'd came back into the building to mail something a few mins later and overheard the lady behind the counter loudly running her mouth about me for the whole lobby to hear. Disgusting behavior for an "adult" in a "professional" setting! I've always had good interactions with the tall man who works the counter but the middle aged lady with the attitude from h*ll gives me anxiety and poor service every interaction. Do better USPS! Smh"
