"Suffering from anxiety is more complex than many may realize. Coming from a family with multiple members with the same condition, I have found myself more successful in controlling my anxiety since seeing Dr Langner. I am comfortable with him and feel that he is a trusted partner in helping me be successful at controlling my anxiety. I couldn't drive on the freeway because of anxiety, and after seeing Dr. Langner for a few months, I am able to drive on the freeway! His office hours are amazing. He is available 6 days a week and 5 evenings, every other psychiatrist I called were only available 9 to 5 and in order to see them, I had to take time off work. I can see Dr. Langner with ease and don't have to increase my anxiety having to take time off from work."

He creates an incredibly comfortable environment that allows one to relax and let ones thoughts flow. He has been a tremendous source of support during some extremely challenging times. I also give 5 stars to the staff for always accommodating me and helping me with whatever issue comes up with insurance. They are friendly and he has the best hours...evenings and weekends! "I Have been looking for a local psychiatrist for years and I am so glad I found this office. Not only do they have weekend and evening hours to accommodate me, they also do telemed. I do not have insurance and Dr. Langners rates are much cheaper than the other places I called. The office staff was super friendly about getting me in and I was a bit scared to even call, but I am so glad I did. Dr. Langner got my extreme depression and anxiety under control without over medicating me. I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience. His Victorian downtown St Charles home office is gorgeous and he is such an intense listener and if I call Day or night, the friendly office staff always picks up or calls me right back. If you need mental health help, give them a call. You will be glad you did. So much better than Linden Oaks and Duly Healthcare where all they care about is money and you get rude office staff!"

"I saw him in 2009 for behavioral issues and impulsive behaviors as a teenager. My parents chose him specifically because he could prescribe medication. He kept asking the same irrelevant questions each session about what my father did for a living. I was diagnosed with ADHD by several different doctors years later as an adult. I wish he had helped me when he saw me because through medication and therapy, I realized at almost the age of 30 that life didn't need to be that hard."
