"I came up to Chicago to help my son move. I had first gone to a big box store but there was nobody there to help me. When I got to New Haven, i couldn't believe how helpful they were. Not only were their prices much less than the big box store, the cartons were much much stronger and they had a huge selection. The customer service rep helped me select just the right boxes for packing up my son's kitchen, heavy books, and living room stuff. He knew what I needed to buy and what we wouldn't need, so I didn't have to waste money. He also gave some great moving tips and even gave me his number in case I had questions while packing up and moving. For customer service, price, and the quality of the products, these guys were number 1. I would come back again and use them when I move in the future."
