"I’ve been stationed at Great Lakes since February and Juan has always been my taxi driver for about 8 months now. He has provided me and my sailor friends with excellent service. Always arrived on time and a good percentage of the time he was available to drive me. If he wasn’t available he always managed to provide me with another driver from his company in a timely manner without disrupting my personal time. Since I’m not from the area he always had good restaurant recommendations for my friends and I to enjoy. When taking trips to the city he also scheduled times to come pick me up and bring me back to base. Conversation and his customer service was also impeccable. He always provided me with the aux cord to play my own music and enjoy the ride. What impressed me more about Juan and this company was that the price was always fair and i never felt discriminated unlike other taxis just because i wasn’t going very far from base.
