"I interviewed for a job. They explained I would take a box off of a pallet, cut a bag open, and dump it into a sifter. Once complete, it would go into a box, and I would stack it onto a pallet. In my previous job, I was a lead over an assembly line. This included weld, paint, and assembly. I ordered parts and hardware, moved inventory in the system, and was an ISO LEAD AUDITOR. A member of the safety team and part of several kaizen events. I trained all of the new hires, wrote work instructions, and a ton of other things I'm not listing. These people did not hire me because I don't have experience. Apparently, I'm unable to dump a box of powder into a sifter and stack boxes. I had more responsibility and could work circles around the boy who interviewed me. Ridiculous."

"Low pay considering jobs at other places. High health premiums and deductibles. If a Temp or Direct Hire, a lot of people quit soon after starting, some within a day or week. High turnover. Each and every day and no matter what line you are assigned, the machine breaks down or doesn’t work properly. Even the Maintenance guys try pot luck to create some fix for the problem but the problem continues. Even the forklift drivers have problems with equipment and are written up for nothing. Don’t believe anything management tells you, especially HR. They make up whatever you want to hear or whatever helps Glanbia. Lots of politics and favoritism. They tell you there will be opportunities to advance, but to where? Last year they patted themselves on the back for streamlining the packing line process and then, just before Christmas, they laid off 25 people so the plant numbers would be right for year. People from other departments had to come to packaging so we could go to lunch. AND THE SMELL, it is really bad. Don’t believe any positive feedback postings. For instance, why would a Local Guide review a manufacturing plant unless the review was false."

"Not a good place to work the other workers play a game in is called running to h r to say thing that is not true but h r dose not care they want to fire you in a hart beat then there's is powder every where lines are not clean people just standing around not doing the job they were hire to do people in office one was very nice the other one said it is not my job"
