"If you have a credit card through them, there is NO WAY to pay that card with a checking account. None. I suppose they want you to mail in a check or go to a branch and write a check. I have called and tried to find a way to do this and there is none. The technical support sounds like kindergarteners when talking to me. How in the world does one pay their credit card bill here?"

"The branch supervisor as of today 12-04-2023 is the most rude lady I’ve ever met. I came In to open an account, not only did I leave never to return but I’m also leaving this review which I never do."

"Be aware that this bank has employees on the phone and at the branch level when I went there in person stating policies and procedures - and nothing can be provided to the customer in writing. I was shocked and horrified how a bank these days can mess up this way. Thankfully i did not have much money in my account as I just closed it today. I dealt with the branch supervisor and could not believe what she was saying without letting a "member" see it in writing. This is not what the personal nature of this credit union should be as it is Non-existant. Gather why it is small time vs established credit unions here in the metro area."

"I've been with Arsenal since 2005, one time considered them over my main bank, but multiple fails prevailed them, and they used to have a base at 2nd Street, ATM, and full fledged bank. I still have an account, but they got rid of the "actual tellers and bank" and now cannot even access my account, login, and the ATM and teller digital access at 2nd street is appalling! I used to "kinda" trust this bank, but tried to "again" access my account digitally at home tonight, to say the least the website sucks and won't even display simple and basic login information, graphics, etc. This is SAD! I still hold a "lunch money" account ONLY because there is an ATM at 2nd Street. Nonetheless, this bank, service, and ATM status sucks badly! All because i don't want to pay the service fee for ATM if i need it. It's so bad i don't even care about the ATM fee anymore. Down the drain most definitely. One star is giving this place justice. Again, this bank is only good for a small "lunch money fund". Website is horrible and I can NEVER get my username and password straight. Can never login. Never receive emails to correct it, etc. It's downright bad and unacceptable."

"I was appalled with lack of service. The lady had to keep going out asking someone else questions and then refused to help saying I would need more documentation. I have documents from the court which is fine for the credit union down the street and another bank had no difficulty either. So I'm going to use the other credit union and I'm so disappointed in Arsenal credit union that after 30 years I may move all my accounts eventually! So sad!"
