"So look, it's a pawn shop. Right? So long as you understand what that means before you go there you should understand that it's not always going to be just like you want it. They know what will and won't sell in their shop, so maybe they don't want your stuff. If you buy something from them it comes with a disclaimer that purchases are final. They hear a bunch of stories and meet people at their lowest points and trying to get every dime they can out of something and they meet those looking to take advantage of that fact that still try to talk the price down. My personal experience was they are decent enough to deal with, know what they will and won't take and are pretty close to any other pawn shop price wise. They've been there quite a while. That alone says something."

"Trashy unprofessional rude staff, will never step foot into that business again. Found out they're associated with Cash America Pawn and have been into one of those recently with basically the same level of service (or lack of service) I received at this pawn shop. Highly recommend avoiding this and the Cash of America on Page in St. Louis unless you like being treated like you're garbage. Very surprised these 2 businesses are still operating based on my experiences."
