"Every interaction I have with this bank is torture. Tried to do a car loan through them a while back, and they declined it simply because they didn't "trust" the dealership. Then they tried to get us to go through a dealership they have connections with. Today, I went in to do the very simple task of cashing a check. Instead of just accepting my ID and giving me the money in exchange for the check, they made me add my name to my partner's account. I'd rather drive to my bank in Columbia than deal with this bank again."

"I had a check from a friend to me, never have I ever heard they need to call the person who wrote the check to me to verify the did indeed write me a check out of their checking account. It's a checking account what the heck. Finally, they got a hold of him to verify he wrote the check to me. Never have I heard of such a procedure even from my my credit union. But, it doesn't end there, oh no. They charged me $5.00 since I don't have an account with them to cash it, too. Are you kidding me. Next, yep, not done yet. I have to sign a form and give them my thumb print too on the back of the check. I gave them my driver's license, as is the norm I thought for any financial institution. Now, this check wasn't even over $500.00. I believe in ensuring the check was good, by checking their account, but charge me $5.00 to cash a check written on a checking account from your credit union is outrageous."

"I went to the Gravois branch in South City last week on two different occasions, arriving both times at 5, so I could get a money order from the drive through window. Both times the shutter was pulled down over the window and the closed sign posted, despite the fact that the website clearly stated the drive up window was open until 5:15. There was no inclement weather or to my knowledge any other reason why they should have closed 15 minutes earlier. This was a huge inconvenience. I guess they make their hours up as they go."

"Totally upset with this credit union! My branch has always been open on Saturday morning. Went there today because I needed to withdraw a large amount of money just to find out they are now closed on Saturday. Tired of this place seeing at least 10 cars pull up needing to do business. ATM wouldn't work either! They have just lost my business. Closing my account Monday!"

"My car loan is through them. My husband changed over his card information because we changed banks. The woman instead of running the new card information, ran our old card information and it came back declined. They refused to take my husband's payment information to pay it , and want him to use a money order and deliver it to the branch. He went down there, the woman finally took his card information, and we thought it was all fixed. He got a phone call 4 hours later saying that they want him to deliver a money order to their office every month because it got declined before. It was the fault of an employee, so why are we having to waste time fixing it?"
