"I put a check on my acct from my 401k and they will not release the funds 1745.00 for 10 business day. I was told 2 business days. I do not recommend this bank at all. You get a different excuse from each person you talk to."

"I called the south county branch on Wednesday of last week to see if I can get a loan since I have been banking with this credit union for a long time. First, I spoke with the branch manager Lisa. She told me about the difference between the auto loan and the miscellaneous/personal loan regarding the interest rates. She suggested I start with the auto loan/refinance first since it's a lower interest rate. She then proceeded to take some information from me that was needed to send to the underwriter. After a few short minutes, the underwriter called to let me know that the loan was denied. I waited a few minutes and called back and spoke to someone named Mary Ann to see if I could get approved for a personal loan since the auto loan didn't go through. She also got some information from me and told me that someone was supposed to call me on Thursday. Have not received a call back as of yet. Today is Monday, still no call back. I have been trying to call them to check the status, but no answer. I truly believe they are dodging me. I'm not going to beg anyone for help, I just want to know if they are going to approve the loan or not. It's not like they are not going to get their money back, I have an account. They can just withdraw it from there. Since they were so quick to call me about the auto loan denial, why couldn't they call me right back for the personal loan as well?"

"I've never had more problems with a car loan. They asked and received, several times for my car insurance to indicate their name on it. I understand that, and my insurance agent did that and sent it to them. They apparently didn't receive it and tacked an $8000 plus insurance policy to my loan. Now when my insurance renewed again, they sent me another letter stating they needed to be on my policy or the would insure me! They already were on the policy."
