"I am writing to share my unfortunate and persistently negative experiences with Teller Shanay at Scott Credit Union's Ferguson Branch. My hope is that this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering banking services at this particular branch. Earlier this year, I encountered a situation where Shanay mishandled a transaction, resulting in the temporary loss of my funds. What has been more troubling, however, is her consistently rude and unprofessional demeanor in subsequent visits. Despite hoping for an apology, her attitude has only worsened over time. I would strongly advise anyone visiting this branch to exercise caution when dealing with Shanay. Her lack of accountability and deteriorating customer service create an unpleasant experience for patrons. If you find it necessary to engage in transactions with her, I recommend requesting a receipt every time to safeguard against potential issues. It is my sincere hope that this review prompts necessary improvements in customer service at Scott Credit Union and assists others in making informed decisions about their banking choices."
"I only wanted to call and inquire about appointments and no options on the phone gave any option for folks that were not already a member. Then when I sat on hold to get a human, after waiting, the system rang two times then hung up on me. Thinking twice."
