"I had an issue with Hyundai Capital saying they never received my car payment that was successfully processed from my account through Hmf (Hyundai Motor Finance).. I called Hyundai customer service at least 6 times to resolve the issue to no avail.. I went to First Mid Bank & Trust to get a bank statement and spoke with Marco Lee. He was very understanding and got my bank statements printed. He even gave me his email incase I had any further issue's with hyundai.. I added him to the email with hyundai.. and he didn't hesitate at all to chime in .... moral of the story. My hyundai account now shows the payment that was successfully processed and they took off the late fees that shouldn't have been there in the first place. Thank you for the help Marco. I really appreciate it."
