"Taylor Reeves is such a blessing to have working here! I hadn’t spoke with her in almost a year and as soon as she answered the phone and I stated my name, she knew exactly who I was and said, I haven’t seen you in awhile! Her knowledge and expertise has helped my family and I financially SOO since switching to this location. Recently, I was scammed out of 1,000 bucks through an online paying app and Taylor got right on it. She made sure to complete every step and eased my worry tremendously. Resulting from her quick action, I was able to get to my money back. The company of the app actually sent me an email stating that the refund was NOT typical and not on them. Due to the bank’s (Taylor’s) quick action of cancelling my debit card and reporting this issue, the transaction was not able to be completed, although, transactions are typically automatically available to a recipient when using this app. This was all possible because of Taylor! She worked on this for awhile for me and called and updated me with information of everything she was doing, as well as what I could expect to happen. Another thing, this company did not have a phone number listed on their app to contact them, however Taylor found a number for me, making my communication with them quicker. Thank you so much Taylor you’re truly awesome at your job and I love your ambition that shows you truly enjoy being there to help! Taylor has a dynamic personality that makes anyone feel comfortable sharing personal information related to finances, I trust her 110%!"
