"Most petty place I ever seen. If you want to never see your title again this is the place to go. Was one of the few to actually get mine back(not yet actually)- due to a car accident. They knew check was on way from a government agency. Yet still made sure to tack on daily charges until received. Didn't care for a second about me or my family and the fact we are now without a vehicle until this is settled. All they care about is that few extra bucks. Already gave them back close to three times what I ever got from them. In desperation for a second I considered going back to them- but after seeing their true colors- never will again. One of the biggest mistakes ever made. Fact that place is in business is a shame. They are nothing buy predators preying on the desperation of others. Keep your title- trust me you have next to no chance at getting it back from them."

"This is the first time I ever came into a Title Max office. I was greeted by Matt and he was very courteous and professional. He led me through all the procedures to make my loan possible. He had to go out in the rain to take pictures of my truck. He showed me through all the paperwork explaining to me in a way I could understand. At the same time he was explaining to a new trainee about how the procedures worked. He did this in a very well manner without making me feel like I was missing anything. He had constant attention to me and still taught the trainee at the same time. He is a very professional man and you are lucky to have him in your employment. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Can't say enough good about him, excellent service!!!"
