"Really nice people. I brought in a load of meat. The unloading process may take awhile because of having to shuffle around train cars but other than that it wasn't bad. My appointment was for 0800. I was put in dock at about 1030 and was done by 1100. (11/15/19)"

"Great place to deliver. Unloading time was very quick. These people are very friendly, communicative, and helpful. Downside to delivering here is that the rail cars have to be loaded in a certain order. With that being said, if you are truck #3 in the sequence of loading and truck #2 is still at the shipper, then you will have to wait. Try to call ahead of time to figure out the sequence and the timing so that you can plan accordingly. We had to wait 24 hours because of this, but fortunately their is a small (nice) truck stop nearby, and Cory (guy unloading you) and Kris (lady in the Receiving office) are really easy to work with. Most importantly to note, it is not these guys fault if the other trucks did not arrive on time. Be courtesy and don't take it out on these nice people. Entrance: A little tricky. When turning onto Bluff Road, take the "Private Road" that runs alongside the green building. Follow it all the way back and to the left. It will dead end in their yard (go through the chain link fence). Layovers suck. These guys get 5 stars for how they handled it. "Best" layover yet."
