"Visiting from arizona and stopped in to ask for a day pass, the owners are super friendly. The gym is clean, it's not a huge box gym, but it's not small either. Owners were very professional, obeserved training for beginners and from the looks of it, owners are competitive bodybuilders so your gonna get great training!!! It's a great gym for beginners and for the elite athlete! Loved it."
