"Logan and Ben assisted me with getting a sxs moved from this location to their store in Popular Bluff, which saved me a few hours of my drive. Picked it up today, thankful for the help and smooth process."

"Took my Ryker in on Wednesday 4/26/23/ to get an oil change and 3 safety recalls fixed. I had to call them Thursday night to see what the update was and the service manager was gone, I HAD TO call them Friday 4/28/23 to get an update to hear during a computer update it fried my computer and they couldn't get the bike to turn on. Friday 5/5/23 I get a call the bike is fixed. I go to pick it up and the bike bag has faded from being left out in the sun, there is a strange liquid all over my tire and under the seat, there is smudge on the foot pegs and the bike is covered in dust. I asked if I could get a discount for the time it took and condition of the bike I was told no. It took a week and a half to do an oil change and safety recalls and I had to call them for updates. I will not be going back and will not be recommending them to anyone... unless it's someone I hate."

"Purchased a Kawasaki Brute Force 300. I initially called them for a "Out the Door Price". They said the price advertised online had no extra hidden charges. What they did not say was that the finance company they use, Sheffield Financial, charged an extra $125 service fee. Midwest Sports finance manager removed the fee so I was satisfied with how they handled the transaction. Other than that one issue, I am a happy customer. Thanks Midwest!"

"Called to have a Carbureted 11hp Honda engine choke problem fixed on our Chuck Wagon. Front desk switched me over to mechanic, mechanic told me they were too hard to work on due to lack of parts. No help whatsoever. Any part needed for this engine is available, including a brand new carb if that were to be the case. I won't be taking our Can-am or Ranger back there for service anymore either because of this. Seems like if it isn't a high dollar fix they aren't interested in the business."
