"Same as others we have had our container stuck there since July 2021 and no news on when it will be released to Chicago. They are putting places out of business and not a care. It's now Oct. 11th 2021 and I keep getting check with you carrier. You aren't telling them either. Terrible way to run a rail business. Can you please release the many containers sitting there or at least update us."

"We have had a container stuck at Global III since July 2021. Has not moved, has not been updated, cannot get any information. CFS information still shows ETA as July 9. All we know is the container is "in a stack with no ETA" Final CFS for this shipment is literally less than an hour and a half away in Bensenville, IL."

"Worst rail yard I have experienced waiting over three months for cargo and still waiting . I keep getting lied to by staff saying it wi be ready in a week for some other excuse like”we don’t have wheels for the train” . I don’t recommend unless you want to wait half a year for cargo."
