"Went through the drive-thru to get my food the young kid taking my order got attitude with me because apparently they don't know how to listen when I asked a simple question about what came on my food and they then tried to give me something else on my order then when I told them that there wasn't supposed to be anything extra that what I wanted taken off was supposed to be from the food already on there and then you can get Lippy with me they need to get rid of all these young kids and get actual workers heaven forbid any of them actually say anything positive instead of just throw your food at you"

"Order was incorrect which wasn't the issue. The issue was I had nobody even attempt to even look in my direction to help. Finally a young man comes over, but just ignores me completely and talks with his friend who had just walked up. I let it go for about 30 seconds before I asked him if he'd mind helping a customer first. He just gave me excuses then another employee who has customer service skills came and gave me my correct order. I hope this young man will learn from the experience and do better."

"Brought my daughters in for breakfast and there’s trash and fries all over the floor only 2 or 3 clean tables, ice machine empty, stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone even acknowledged I was standing there, some god awful hip hop blasting from the kitchen, and a employee that was definitely not wearing work appropriate clothing. And I’m pretty sure that’s a tooth in the third picture."
