"I thought I was going to die driving in taxi to hotel from airport. This was far from my first time in Chicago but this driver at reckless speeds through the streets and tunnel. We were almost in two accidents! The cab smelled awful!"
"After arriving from a 5 hour flight with a 2 year old, my family was berated for using this taxi service because we wouldn’t provide at least a $50 fair. After explaining we’ve never been here it’s 3 am and our daughter was exhausted and we’d give a tip, we were continuously berated by an increasingly hostile driver. Who then said “ my wife knows when to be quiet” At at point we demanded to get out and feared for our safety. We left the cab and walked an hour at 3 am with a 2 year old. If you don’t want customers just say it. What a horrible welcome to Chicago. Don’t use this service."
"Zero stars! Terrible experience trying to get a ride from Midway to Beverly. Driver refused to take anyone that wasn’t going to the north side. . Driver refused service to several passengers picking and choosing his preferred fare. This is why people choose Uber over taxis."
"What a nightmare! The cab driver, 652,was on the phone talking while driving! Rude to me and my husband. Sped on city streets. Tried to go through a red light. Would not let me out of the taxi. Wanted me to crawl over the back seat! I am handicapped. He got out, opened the trunk to open the passenger door. Will NOT use the again. Reported them to 311."
"First time taking a cab in a while… my ride showed up on quick and time, driver wore his mask, and played some good music! Shout out to the dispatcher who also called to follow up to make sure my ride was comfortable and on time. 10/10 would call Wolley taxi again!"
