"Overall the practice has been great and any answer, concern; crazy new parent stress, that I have had…I have been met with calm and caring practitioners! Nicole has provided exceptional care. My daughter needed another referral for an ENT for removal of her adenoids and tonsils (with tubes). Unfortunately the initial surgeon was booked and there was nothing that could be done to move up the date, but Super Nicole (SN) did not agree. She gently and calmly talked to me and counseled me and found another and more competent surgeon… the surgery was then done within two weeks as opposed to my daughter having to wait a month and a half. And even prior to that, Dr. Alzein’s Urgent care team told me that my daughter did not have a lot of time to waste to get the surgery done…and they of course led me to SN! without this team of medical professionals my daughter would have lost her hearing, not been able to continue to excel in School and also been not able to sleep without being propped up and would have continued to suffer. Thank God for all of you and most of all Super Nicole who fought and advocated like my child was her own! Thank you is not and won’t be enough!"

Galyean PA-C are the ones we have been seeing more as of late and we are very happy with them. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and answer all your questions . Never realized until I had children how dependent you will be on a great pediatrician office to survive these years. So easy to get sick visits quickly with their multiple locations and urgent care . They are the best."

"We've been with Alzein Pediatrics for more than 10 years now and Dr. Alzein and other providers have been exceptional. Alzein Pediatrics have several locations making it easy for us when having appointments and choosing the closest location. Dr. Alzein is very thorough and has great bedside manners. The only thing that I can honestly say is that with the expansion of new facilities, I'm afraid that it seems that the new staff is not as prompt with giving messages to providers and calling back with answers. Its taken more than 10 days for a callback or the need to constantly call again and asking for help and yet with no definite response. I do want to emphasize the 5 stars for the care the providers give to pediatrics however, they really need to step up with how the offices are being run."
