"Poor. I didn't know this was to be a video visit. Then she told me to take medicine that wasn't even available in the store. Lastly, I could not pick up my prescription. It needed clarifying and she never answered back!"

"they had me waiting for two hours at the clinic and shushed me when i tried to tell them i’ve been waiting to be called for my appointment. then they refused to do my physical at all because of my anxiety diagnosis in my chart even though my school said that isn’t a reason to be turned away. so incredibly rude and disrespectful. don’t be a nurse if you can’t do your job and be kind"

"Brought in my daughter for her ear pain around 5pm. Took about 1hr. 30 minutes until we were done. Which was fine. Took the prescription to the same Walgreens pharmacy. Waited 15 minutes in line. they said it would be 30 minutes for it and wouldn't be able to send it to the Walgreens closer to my house since it was hand written. One hour later and another 15 minutes in line they decided to tell me that the Dr. Prescribed me a medication that was not covered by my insurance and It would be $300. They said they send her a fax when I dropped it off. They knew the clinic was closed at 7p.m. No one would be able to recieve the fax. no one informed me. I would've been waiting longer if I hadn't got in line and asked what was taking so long. Got out of there at 8:30p.m #1 the Dr. Should prescribe the correct medication with different insurances #2 the pharmacist/technicians need to let customers know when and if there is a mistake and a not make them wait an extra hour With a sick kid for no reason. #3 Get more staff, there were old people that could barely stand waiting in line for 15 minutes also. *Btw this is my second visit here. First visit they made me and my sick son wait two hours before they let us know he wasnt covered with his insurance in that clinic even though they had told us he was when we asked upon arrival. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I arrived today (3/4/19) at 11:45am and walked out of there at 3:20pm. This will probably be the last time I go to this clinic. My daughter was in pain the entire time with an ear ache. Every time I peeked into the 2 rooms they have, they were empty. 2 employees in each, taking their sweet time to call the next patient in. Not to mention, the waiting room was full with people standing up because there were no more chairs. I always had in mind Walgreens was created for a fast, speedy, yet professional service to avoid places like the ER. I was better off going to the ER. I would've probably been out of there much sooner. This clinic, along with all the other Walgreen clinics need to get it together. What I experienced today was ridiculous."
