"Some of the worst customer service I have ever received doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Husband tried being polite but wife sat on her butt didn't even greet me and just yelled from the back room. Now wonder they are only a 3 star! If you want horrible customer service this is the place to go to!"

"Had a great experience renting bikes here. My grandson is not a super experienced rider just yet but he was fitted on a great bike that he was able to handle well enough. My bike was comfortable and in great shape as well. We appreciated the care that the owner took to make sure our rental bikes/helmets were in tip top shape and suited to us and our needs. The shop is right by the I&M Canal Trail which was very convenient and an easy, beautiful ride."

"We rented bikes to ride the I&M towpath. The couple that runs the store are very helpful, we tried several bikes to get ones we were comfortable on. We rode 30 miles on the towpath, and it was still cheaper than any other shop within 30 miles. The rental fleet is Raleigh bikes, the two we got were in great shape, shifted smooth, and the brakes worked well. We were offered hybrid and MTB options"

"Ordered a folding bike online…. Tire over inflated and out of the rim Brought it in to fix; said he’d keep it and call later, never called, whole day passed and never heard anything. I called repeatedly and emailed. Now it’s next day… He called and told me “it’s fixed and ready” . Get there to find out he could not, did not put tire back on bike properly and now it’s scraping and not spinning properly, was NOT like that when I brought it in! He told me to take it to a bike shop to get it properly adjusted….ummm thought I was in a bike shop, this is what I brought it in for, to fix tire, got it back worse than when I brought it in; had it 24 hours! Also got asked where I live, overtalked with gibberish and a lecture on why I should have bought from a bike store in the first place. You advertise repairs, don’t offer to do work you don’t want or can’t do…he made such a point to tell me they close at 6pm, he still had 4 more hours in that case to fix it properly, but returned it n told me take it to a bike shop!?!?! Complete waste of time and money. Very odd man and very negative experience, would never go back"

"I'm traveling across the country on a recumbent trike and my chain was slipping badly. Not knowing anything about bike repairs, he could've charged me an arm and a leg, but instead he fixed it quickly and only charged me $26. They both gave me valuable trail reroute/alt directions as well as allowed me to charge all my devices while I was there. It felt more like I was hanging out with family from the East coast rather than just having my bike fixed. Very appreciative for all they did for me!"
