"Office manager Mohammed is incredibly rude argumentative and disrespectful towards patients parents. I have been trying to find out more information about my child’s pediatrician. I was met with extremely rude questioning and tone. When I was trying to see what hospital this doctor was associated with. I live in a different town then my daughters father. So I am unfamiliar with a Hospital out in Downers grove. And I just had a newborn I was hoping to find somebody closer to my location for my daughter to see or get testing through. From the google reviews I have read this office manager should probably be fired given he has a track record of being awful to parents. Mohamed absolutely comes off as misogynist. Disrespectful to women. I now do not feel comfortable with my daughter being seen here. Office gremlin indeed.. in fact I would never recommend this doctor based on the experience I just had on making a phone call to the office. Expecting a call back from the doctor themselves. I expect an apology."
